Was going to go to Newburgh, but got a call from Rob saying he was going up to Fraserburgh to check out the spots. Decided to tag along and we ended up at St Combs. It was a pretty high tide, with the wind ever so slightly cross offshore, but blowing a solid 20mph plus. We both went for the 85 litre boards and 5.8m sails which were about right for most of the time. The wind was up and down a little bit during the session, so I swapped between my Tribal and my Syncro a couple of times depending on the prevailing wind strength. Had a great time just blasting and getting some reasonable jumps off the swells further out. It was quite choppy and your teeth got rattled a bit, but a pretty decent session on the whole.
